Data were collected with surveys from teachers of Economics and Finance Faculty at Juan Misael Saracho Autonomous University. Results show that work-family enrichment is related to job satisfaction, while family-work enrichment is not. Furthermore, human resource flexibility moderates the relationship between work-family enrichment and job satisfaction, and it makes also relevant the impact of family-work enrichment on faculty satisfaction. Findings could help to design policies of work-family balance and human resource flexibility, in order to improve faculty satisfaction.enFlexibility (engineering)Job satisfactionPsychologyHuman resourcesResource (disambiguation)BusinessFaculty Satisfaction and Work-Family Enrichment: The Moderating Effect of Human Resource Flexibilityarticle
