Organizational Studies allow the understanding of traditional and non-traditional organizational phenomena, through the deepening of social aspects, practices, forms of behavior and other realities that occur inside and outside of organizations. In this case, Intellectual Property is configured as a branch of law that has unique behaviors and relationships that facilitate its analysis through Organizational Studies and organization theories, which like other branches of law, requires rethinking in order to view it from new contexts far from dogmas or positivist schemes that delimit it in its restrictive and regulatory nature, for research collective marks are taken as a concrete experience of reflection, as they are considered flexible and with a social reality that can be theorized through neo-institutionalism.esSociologyOrder (exchange)EpistemologyPositivismIntellectual propertyProperty (philosophy)Organizational analysisLaw and economicsInstitutionalismPolitical scienceLa Propiedad Intelectual y su interrelación con los Estudios Organizacionalesarticle
