Por medio del análisis jurídico se busca establecer la factibilidad de su implementación dada la normativa constitucional vigente, inclinada hacia el fortalecimiento de la capacidad comercial del país con apoyo prioritario a las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas; la necesidad de adaptación al contexto comercial actual de Derecho Comercial Boliviano y las legislaciones de países latinoamericanos que ya han procedido a implementarla en su ordenamiento jurídico.This article presents the Unipersonal Limited Liability Company business entity type as an alternative for support of the micro, small and medium-sized Bolivian companies.
