To assess the feasibility of this approach, the stated objectives were to determine the presence of the patient experience in the scientific literature and its association with the subject of communication, to establish a bidirectional map of approaches between communication and patient experience, and to categorize the results. of the patient experience linked to communication. The methodology used was the bibliometric analysis and the grounded theory of data. The main findings of the work were: 1) the patient experience has a high interest in scientific publications that has increased since 2014, 2) communication occupies a prominent space in the field of patient experience, 3) the results of experience of patient are transferable to measures resulting from public relations. Following the categorization of public relations results, the outcome typology is the most prevalent in the articles analyzed, followed by outtake and output. This mix of result types aligns with AMEC measurement principles.esCategorizationTypologyWelfare economicsField (mathematics)Subject (documents)Public hospitalPsychologyOutcome (game theory)HumanitiesSociologyUna aproximación a las medidas resultado de salud desde las relaciones públicas: el ámbito de la experiencia de paciente y la comunicaciónarticle
