These cells are preserved using a method called cryopreservation. Before implantation into the body, it is necessary to prepare clonogenic cells on a scaffold, which will nourish and differentiate them into the required cell type. In the future these cells could eventually form a fully functional tooth.esRegeneration (biology)Dental papillaMesenchymal stem cellClonogenic assayStem cellDentinDentistryUtilización de células madre en el ámbito odontológico.
