Debido a la existencia de comunidades cautivas en Chuquisaca surgen denuncias ante instancias internacionales, evidenciando relaciones de servidumbre y trabajo forzoso. Además, el artículo hace hincapié sobre la ausencia del Estado en la defensa y garantía de los derechos del Pueblo Guaraní.ABSTRACT:This article examines the involvement of International Organizations in Chuquisaca's Chaco.
