El objetivo de este trabajo se baso en describir la atencion Quiropractica como Terapia Manual Complementaria. De los pacientes que asistieron las mujeres representaron  el grupo con mayor asistencia a los consultorios, aproximadamente un 73 y 70 % respectivamente para 2008 y 2009. Los pacientes proceden en su mayoria de zonas urbanas; son profesionales con referencia medica. Las seis patologias mas frecuentes del Quiropractico fueron: Pierna Corta o Dismetria puede ser derecha o izquierda, Subluxacion de la sinfisis Pubica, Cervicalgia, Dorsalgia y Lumbalgia. Las terapias fueron la Quiropractica y Psico-Orientologia, las cuales se aplicaron al 100% de los pacientes en ambos anos; la Terapia Pranica fue la tercera terapia mas utilizada. Se realizaron 27 consultas para anos 2008 y 2009, en dichas consultas se instruyeron para cambiar su estilo de vida a 267 personas, al mismo tiempo se aplicaron a las mismas 896 terapias. Lo cual responde a 3,4 terapias por paciente. Se concluyo que los pacientes llegan muy desconcertados, confusos y adoloridos, necesitando ser escuchados para luego instruirlos a traves de las TC a modificar su estilo de vida Chiropractic as complementary therapy in Trujillo-Venezuela Abstract Chiropractic correspond to some Complementary Therapies (CT) that though not replace traditional medicine, they are a great potential to support to the people with health problems. The sixpathologies most frequently of the Chiropractic were: Short Leg or dysmetria can be right or left, Subluxation of symphysis pubis, Cervicalgia, Thoracic, back pain. The therapies were Chiropractic and Psycho-orientology, which were applied to 100% of patients in both years; Pranic Therapy was the third most commonly used therapy 27 consultatons were conducted in 2008 and 2009, in such consultations were instructed to change their lifestyle to 267 people, and at the same time were applied to the same 896 therapies. This responds to: 3.4 therapies by patient.
