No obstante, los cambios acelerados en la ciudad de El Alto sugieren que la dinámica adolescente-juvenil configura relaciones sociales distintivas y también válidas. Por ello, este artículo explora el campo subjetivo del embarazo-maternidad en espacios-tiempos propios y desde quienes lo experimentan.Adolescent pregnancy-maternity is, paradoxically, a problem "nourished" by social judgments and prejudices, which avoids and confines in "clandestinity" the feelings, thoughts and actions of the adolescents involved.
