The objective of this article is to identify dominant factors of the little incursion of women in STEM & TIC career in La Paz city, Bolivia, through technological tools strengthening positive aspects of the influence exerted by the environment. The methodology implemented was of a nonexperimental, quantitative approach with a type of correlational study, of a random longitudinal type.
