Abstract The projection of the Comprehensive Community Education Strategy, as a promotion for the integral development of children, youth and adults; is aimed at promoting sustainable development of recreational, sports and cultural activities, from establishing agreements with the members representing the community, to be held on the basis of actual compliance, effectively a set of activities aimed at promoting strengthen, promote endogenous development of that community, producing quality of life, creating their own spaces for leisure and recreation.
