Pension systems have evolved substantially in Latin America, as part of social security, to protect workers through the union of efforts between them, private enterprise and the State. The aging of the population and the enormous costs of the taxes that the private sector must pay for its financing, together with the inefficiency in the management of resources, represent limitations for its development and sustainability. The methodology is descriptive documentary type, focused epistemologically from the hermeneutics.esLatin AmericansInefficiencySocial securityPrivate sectorState (computer science)PopulationSustainabilityPensionPolitical scienceWelfare economicsAnálisis de algunos sistemas previsionales en Latinoaméricaarticle
