Existe la necesidad que los estudiantes de Derecho en Bolivia y especificamente en Potosi, desarrollen las habilidades investigativas como un tipo de contenido que les permita desenvolverse pertinentemente en la solucion de problemas que se presenten dentro de su formacion academica de pre grado y en el ejercicio de la profesion. Los autores que han investigado al respecto, sugieren la aplicacion de algunas estrategias metodologicas que impactan tanto en los estudiantes como en los profesores universitarios.
