The study aimed to develop a system of inclusive recreational activities, based on an inclusive psychophysical approach, that fosters the development of spatial orientation in students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in physical education classes. A quasi-experimental study was conducted with a descriptive-explanatory scope and a mixed approach. The current state of the object was characterized through observation, documentary analysis, and surveys. The results, in a sample of 40 students, 5 of them with neurodevelopmental disorders, demonstrated the need to propose a system of inclusive recreational activities for the development of spatial orientation in students with ADHD. The system proved to be functional and was validated through its implementation for 8 weeks in physical education classes, according to the findings, in relation to the data obtained from the educational inclusion and spatial orientation indicators.enPsychologyOrientation (vector space)Inclusion (mineral)RecreationScope (computer science)Attention deficitSample (material)Special educationDevelopmental psychologyPhysical educationActividades recreativas para el desarrollo de la orientación espacial e inclusión de estudiantes con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con Hiperactividadarticle
