Abstract
Knowledge is a recurring element in strategic management is a tool yet framed a specific purpose in the generation and interaction of new paradigms to create synergy, to develop and promote greater adaptability, initiative and personal development, hand with technological developments in order to overcome existing gaps and uncertainties within organizations. Thus, the objective of this article is to provide added value to the learning process, through a tool of socialization, externalization, internalization and combination of knowledge: the knowledge spiral. From the methodological point of view, we conducted a descriptive research-documentary, based on the theoretical foundations of the authors Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995), Zhuge (2004), Hildreth and Kimble (2002), among others. We conclude that knowledge spirals are a tool that has been positioned in organizations of all kinds, where it is necessary to assume new challenges and increasingly demanding, in order to stay positioned in the market to the competitive environment and changing. Therefore, from its use provides a tool to efficiently and effectively respond to the needs, whether corporate clients and adding value through an organizational culture that breaks old paradigms management practices.
