Smart ayllu: modelo territorial sostenible socio comunitario productivo para áreas rurales

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación, se describe el rol que juega el modelo Smart Ayllu, como mecanismo de desarrollo territorial integral en la comunidad Micaya, donde el componente societal se constituye en una pieza clave para el manejo sostenible del territorio. Se rescató las características del Ayllu en Bolivia, y se las comparó con las Smart Cytis, Smart Community y Smart Villages, caracterizando su sinergia entre los mismos, lo que nos ha permitido identificar sus aportes en el Smart Ayllu. Se ha evaluado el estado de situación de la comunidad de Micaya, identificando sus componentes (vínculos y ámbitos), así mismo, esto ha permitido caracterizar la sinergia entre ambos. Identificándose a los actores de la comunidad de Micaya, como constructores de un modelo territorial sostenible comunitario. A partir, de este análisis situacional el sistema territorial en Aynuqa desarrollado en Micaya responde a un modelo sostenible, garantizando la producción y el rol principal del tejido social en la comunidad. Estas son estructuradas bajo esta nueva forma de revalorizar su sistema de vida comunitaria "Smart Ayllu".

In this research work, the role played by the Smart Ayllu model is described, as a comprehensive territorial development mechanism in the Micaya community, where the societal component constitutes a key element for the sustainable management of the territory. The characteristics of the Ayllu in Bolivia were rescued, and compared with the Smart Cytis, Smart Community and Smart Villages, characterizing their synergy between them, which has allowed us to identify their contributions in the Smart Ayllu. The state of affairs of the Micaya community has been evaluated, identifying its components (links and areas), likewise, this has made it possible to characterize the synergy between the two. Identifying the actors of the Micaya community, as builders of a sustainable community territorial model. Based on this situational analysis, the territorial system in Aynuqa developed in Micaya responds to a sustainable model, guaranteeing production and the main role of the social fabric in the community. These are structured under this new way of revaluing their community life system, the "Smart Ayllu".
