Abstract
El presente ensayo, pretende mostrar el estado actual del debate jurídico-político sobre la Reelección Presidencial en Bolivia, a partir de un proyecto legislativo formulado para habilitar por segunda vez consecutiva esta posibilidad, en sentido contrario a las normas del sistema político previstas en la Constitución Política del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia aprobada mediante referéndum popular el año 2009
The present test, it tries to show the current condition of the juridical- political debate on the Presidential Reelection in Bolivia, from a legislative project formulated to enable for the second consecutive time this possibility, in the opposite direction to the procedure of the political system foreseen in the Political Constitution of the State Plurinacional of Bolivia approved by means of popular referendum the year 2009
