Políticas de crecimiento del sistema educativo venezolano en los planes de la nación: período 1993-2013
Abstract
This article offers a comparative analysis of Venezuelan educational policies during three Plans of the Nation, 1993-1998; 2001-2007; 2007-2013; respecting coverage and expansion of school enrollment. It is a descriptive interpretative documentary research that considers educational policies during specific governments. All documents and Plans of the Nation are presented in books and pamphlets edited by the Venezuelan State. This research found similarities and differences between conceptions of educational policies through these government periods. It is concluded that during twenty years, all proposals are focused on the increment of school enrollment, with special emphasis on excluded students.
