The evaluation and aproval of a postgraduate thesis or a profesor promotion paper, is one of the most stressing events in the academic life of teachers and postgraduatre students. There are many obstacles, both burocratic and technical making difficult the successful ending of their postgraduate studies or professors promotion. Perhaps the most difficult obstacles are the juries decisions because in some cases when they are biased may be bent towards favouring or rejecting the thesis or promotion papers.
