Las emociones en la Retórica de Aristóteles
Abstract
Review of the evolution of the Aristotelian presence in Venezuelan colonial philosophy, from the treatises of Alonso Briceno, the first American philosopher, who lived his last years in Trujillo, Venezuela, between 1661 and 1668, until Juan Antonio Navarrete, whose Ark of Letters and Universal Theater could be considered, among other things, as the last important document containing philosophical ideas written in colonial Venezuela.
