Análisis de la alimentación a través de los libros de gastos de un Convento a fines del siglo xvii. Valoración de los utensilios utilizados en la cocina; los productos y especies; las bebidas, dulces y tabaco. Se evalúa la alimentación como jerarquía, en las fiestas y con los enfermos.
