Plataformas educativas virtuales y el desarrollo profesional en Instituciones Educativas de un distrito de Lima-Perú

Abstract
La introducción de las plataformas virtuales en la educación, han generado grandes impactos en el desarrollo profesional de los docentes, ya que se han visto en la necesidad de adquirir nuevas metodologías y estrategias de enseñanza y aprendizaje adaptadas a los recursos digitales de las plataformas virtuales. El objetivo fue determinar la influencia de las plataformas educativas virtuales en el desarrollo profesional en Instituciones educativas de un distrito de Lima-Perú. El estudio básico, cuantitativo, correlacional, diseño no experimental-transeccional. La muestra fue censal, conformada por 91 docentes. De acuerdo a los resultados, las variables tienen una correlación positiva y significativa (Rho de Spearman = 0.667, p= ,0000< ,005). Asimismo, existe una relación positiva y significativa de las dimensiones tecnológicas y educativas, con el desarrollo profesional (Rho de Spearman = 0.648 y 0.638 respectivamente), concluyendo que las plataformas virtuales tienen una incidencia sobre la actualización y formación continua de los docentes.
