Evaluación de un programa de psicomotricidad en estudiantes de educación básica

Abstract
La educación física favorece el progreso de capacidades físicas, conceptuales y actitudinales, contribuyendo al desarrollo de las habilidades motrices. El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar los efectos de un programa de psicomotricidad en estudiantes de educación básica. La población estuvo conformada por 30 estudiantes del Centro educativo "Fe y Alegría" Nº17 en Lima, Perú. La recolección de los datos se realizó con un diseño de campo, la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el Test Tepsi. Los resultados muestran un valor promedio aceptable entre el pre y pos test: la variable de estudio obtuvo un puntaje promedio en el pre test de 31,43; mientras que el post test fue de 46,43. Estos resultados reflejan una modificación significativa en el desarrollo motor luego de aplicar el programa de psicomotricidad. Se concluye que la aplicación de un programa, influyó en la mejora de la psicomotricidad de los estudiantes, reafirmando el valor teórico y práctico que presentan las propuestas innovadoras.

The objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of a psychomotor skills program in elementary school students. The population consisted of 30 students of the educational center "Fe y Alegría" Nº17 in Lima, Peru. The data collection was carried out with a field design, the technique was the survey and the instrument was the Tepsi Test.
