dc.description.abstractThe selected theme is related to the creation of the second historical museum of Venezuelan nursing, inspired by the museum activities developed in the country, based on international and national experiences such as the historical museum of Venezuelan nursing “Amadora Zavala” of the school of nursing of the University of Los Andes based in Merida. The second nursing museum created in the nursing school of the Central University of Venezuela, aims to promote the historical development of nursing in Venezuela through lines of research and the training of human talent in the knowledge of the discipline immersed in its various collections and documents. Likewise, it is considered a reference center for the approach with students, active professionals, nursing retirees and individuals interested in the historical facts of this noble and humane profession.
