We were evaluated 5 cases (3 women and 2 men, age: 30-52 years) with pathology periapical, that they were need of obturation of the cavity with a biomaterial (hydroxyapatite) and a suture chemical (cyanoacrylate). There did to itself a clinical and radiographic follow-up to 7, 30 and 90 days post-treatment of the surgery, there being obtained a cicatrization of the soft tissues and a progressive indicative radiopacity of osseous regeneration, still if loss of the material exists due to a partial dehiscence of the injury; therefore the combination of hydroxyapatite with the cyanoacrylate of n-butyl constitute an alternative in the surgical treatment of periapicals lesions.
