Abstract
A través de este artículo, los autores relatan sus diferentes experiencias en el campo de la gestión educativa en procesos de educación de jóvenes y adultos, desarrolladas a través de programas de alfabetización y educación popular, a partir de las cuales proponen criterios y lineamientos orientadores tendientes a mejorar la ejecución y calidad de los procesos educativos dirigidos a jóvenes y adultos. Los enfoques y del trabajo se sustentan en los principios de una educación reflexiva, critica, liberadora, descolonizadora y comunitaria, donde todos los sectores y actores educativos tengan la opción y oportunidad de participar y deliberar en las políticas públicas que atañen a su futuro y al desarrollo de sus pueblos.
Through this article, the authors express their different experiences in the field of educational management in processes of youth and adult education, developed through in literacy programs and popular education. Based on the criteria and guidelines which offer guidance aimed at improving the performance and quality of educational processes for youth and adults. The approaches and the work are based on the principles of reflective education, criticism, liberation, decolonization, and community, where all educational sectors and roles have the option and opportunity to participate and deliberate on public policies that affect their future and development of their peoples.
