dc.description.abstractThe Cooper is test (running 1609 m) was applied to 1196 students, 15 to 17 years old, performed the Cooper's test (1609 m race). The scale, designed adequately for this sample of Mexican population, allows to judge the physical fitness by means of an easy and economical procedure.
