Abstract

The objective of the research was to describe the perception of the administrative staff and full-time teachers about the inclusive policies and practices that exist at the Adventist University of Bolivia that favor students with disabilities. A mixed approach was used, which involved the collection, analysis and integration of quantitative and qualitative data to generate quantitative and qualitative inferences, as well as meta-inferences. A descriptive concurrent nested design was carried out at several levels (DIACNIV). The main results stand out that 40% of the university staff heard or touched on the topic of supporting actions aimed at compliance with current regulations that guarantee access and permanence of students with disabilities in the Plurinational Educational System. It is concluded that the perception of the administrative staff and teachers regarding inclusive policies and practices in the institution reflects a favorable perception regarding inclusive policies, evidenced by the highest percentage in the criterion “I heard about this or the topic was raised.”
