De receptor a emisor, construcción de ciudadanía en un nuevo paradigma
Abstract
Las TIC están transformando las formas de transmisión de información y de comunicación entre las personas y los paradigmas teóricos que los abordan. La red Internet ha incorporado en su arsenal mediático a todos los medios inventados en la historia y el teléfono móvil ha incorporado a la red. Con estos recursos, aumenta la posibilidad de que los ciudadanos comunes puedan convertirse en emisores o alterar las lógicas de emisión tradicionales. Estas transformaciones inauguran nuevas formas de ejercicio ciudadano en función del acceso que tengan la personas y sobre a la creatividad para incidir en el quehacer político y ciudadano.
The TIC are tranforming the ways of tranmision of information and communication between people and the theoretical models that they undertake. The Internet has incorporated in its mediatic arsenal all the media invented throughout history and the mobile phone incorporated into the net. With these resources, there is the possibility for the common citizens to become emitters or alter the logic of traditional emission. These transformations set in motion new forms of citizen exercise in function of the access that people have and the creativity to incur in the political and citizen duties.
