Resumen: Estas notas tratan sobre los problemas interpretativos que pueden surgir entre el nuevo Código Procesal Civil y la recientemente aprobada Ley de Conciliación y Arbitraje, a la hora de aplicar las causales de oposición al laudo arbitral.
