dc.description.abstractThis article seeks to define some guidelines for the health volunteers, revealing ethical and moral reasons to the personnel in training who formally request to be volunteers in health institutions, and who wish to fulfill a social task of their own free will or because of the educational policies that it establishes in countries as assistance strategies to strengthen the academy, and contribute to the care of hospital care in people who demands the service because they contain values such as respect, solidarity, decision-making, religion, and pro-activity that requires of wisdom, and humility to be able to take them to the daily life of their days or nights at the moment of executing the noble work of caring for others.
