dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente trabajo es introducir a los usuarios de las herramientas financieras Valor Actual Neto y Tasa Interna de Retorno en las cuestiones inherentes a su aplicación para la evaluación y selección de proyectos de inversión: utilidad, interpretación de resultados, supuestos implícitos en los cálculos, errores y restricciones. Se presentarán las herramientas Valor Actual Neto modificado y TIR modificada como alternativa para solucionar esos supuestos, errores y restricciones.es
