LOS SIMULACROS TECNOLÓGICOS Y LA RE-SIGNIFICACIÓN IDENTITARIA VIRTUAL

Abstract

Resumen: La transformación que ha llevado del homo faber que constituía lo material hacia un homo informaticus que se constituye en la virtualidad, da pie para estudiar un fenómeno identitario subyacente con rasgos policontexturales. Sin duda, las Representaciones Sociales (RRSS) permiten comprender esas expresiones que no son físicas, pero inciden cognitivamente en la conducta individual y colectiva de la sociedad contemporánea. Partiendo de lo anterior, surgen también distintas resignificaciones que moldean aspectos de la identidad que deben ser visibilizados desde la comprensión de los Imaginarios Sociales (IS). Por tanto, se tomarán a las RRSS/IS como referentes teóricos para explicar los trasfondos informáticos que conllevan al fenómeno de la re-significación identitaria.

Abstract: The transformation that has led from homo faber that constituted the material towards a homo informaticus that constitutes itself in virtuality, gives rise to study an underlyin identity phenomenon with "policontexturales" features. Undoubtedly, the Social Representations (RRSS) allow us to understand those expressions that are not physical, but cognitively affect the individual and collective behavior of contemporary society. Based on the above, different ways of giving a new meaning also arise which shape aspects of identity that must be made visible from the understanding of Social Imaginaries (SI). Therefore, the RRSS/ SI will be taken as theoretical references to explain the computer backgrounds that lead to the phenomenon of identity re-signification.
