EVALUACION DE DOS METODOS COLORIMETRICOS EN BASE A AMINOFENAZONA Y AMINOANTIPIRINA PARA LA DETECCION DE MUESTRAS DE SANGRE EN DIFERENTES CONDICIONES CON FINES FORENSES

Abstract

In this study we evaluate two colorimetric methods based on the aminofenazona and the aminoantipirina, to determine presence of blood in minimum concentrations by means of the hemoglobin, These experiments were carried out on different supports (cloths) exposed to environmental conditions environmental and time in which you/they were exposed. The tests showed high effectiveness in different supports for the sanguine groups O, A, B, AB and OR giving positive for blood until concentrations of 1/10.000. It is find organic interferentes as the juices of citric fruits and green vegetables that you/they can you cause false positive. Also you work with stains washed in which both methods detected blood in invisible stains, and finally the non absorbent supports that were buried by more time you is not able to detect presence of blood. / Se evaluaron dos metodos colorimetricos en base a pruebas de la aminofenazona y la aminoantipirina, para determinar presencia de sangre en concentraciones minimas. Las pruebas se llevaron a cabo sobre diferentes soportes (telas) expuestos a diferentes condiciones ambientales y de tiempo, a las cuales fueron expuestas. Las pruebas mostraron alta sensibilidad en diferentes soportes para los grupos sanguineos A, B, AB y O dando positivo para sangre hasta concentraciones de 1/10.000. En las manchas lavadas, ambas pruebas mostraron sensibilidad hasta el quinto lavado con diferentes detergentes. Se encontraron interferentes organicos como los jugos de frutas citricas y vegetales verdes que pueden ocasionas falsos positivos. Finalmente en los soportes no absorbentes que fueron enterrados por mayor tiempo las pruebas fueron negativas.
