Ultraestructura de concentrados plaquetarios con hidroxiapatita: un ensayo preclínico para la propuesta de su empleo en defectos oseos periodontales

Abstract

At take place the chronic reabsorption of the bone, it’s possible that there be a regeneration of tissue self-sustainable more effective with the use of materials that achieve induce said process in the periodontal tissues. This has moved to the specialists’ recourse to procedures of tissue and osseous regeneration guided. Clinics and radiographic investigations, affirm that exist a stimulation as much as the cicatrization of the soft tissues as in the osseous regeneration of dental alveolus, gingival recession and periodontal lesions, using platelet rich plasma (PRP) and fibrin rich plasma (FRP) individually or combined with the other materials of regeneration bus still is uncertain if the combination PRP or FRP with Hydroxyapatite (Hap) is a bioactive combined or if the incorporation of the crystals of Hap break the platelets, alter the shape, size or paper of the biomaterial. The objective of this study resides in describe the ultrastructure of the PRP and the FRP individually and both ultrastructure, charged with synthetic hydroxyapatite. In the research was used the direct observation technic, where compared the data by means of descriptive statistics and analyzed both biomaterials in Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). The results show that the platelet concentrates seem to not be affected by the incorporation of hydroxyapatite, both elements join showing in a scaffold characterized by entangled fibers, organized and accompanied of hydroxyapatite nucleus. It concludes that both biomaterials combined with hydroxyapatite maintain the primordial ultrastructural cell elements for promote the bone formation.
