The main scaling causes of the steam turbine in the Sulfuric Acid Plant of the Three Circle Company are discussed, which result from the power of steam turbine with low quality of superheated steam caused by poor quality of desalting water, nonstandard boiler operation. Finally, the scaling of steam turbine is basically eliminated in the three sets of sulfuric acid plants from element sulfur raw material, through technological improvement that the Na+ and SiO2 contents in superheated steam are lowered from 2 412 ~ 4 350μg / L to 135 ~ 260μg / L,1 636 ~ 1 990μg / L to 16 ~ 80μg / L respectively.
