This article tries to propose the practical incorporation to the orofacial harmonization of a new concept the wrinkles-reversion or Rhytids-reversion. Diagnostic guidelines also proposed that would allow the calculation of a dermal filler dosage closer to the real needs of the rhytids, according to their type and topographic location on the face. It based on epidemiological analysis of the skin thickness and the epidemiology of the main rhythms, specifying their average depth. A Rhytids-reversion formula proposed that implies that the lost volume of the rhytid or wrinkle is equivalent to the volume to tissue repositioned by dermal filler. The analysis reveals that the maximum volume of dermal filler material that the skin should receive in the most severe cases of true cutaneous rhytidosis (not furrows whose origin is deflation and facial lipomatosis) is 0.055cc per centimeter of extension, facilitating the diagramming of the dose by area in patients.
