| dc.description.abstract | A total of 26 holotypes and 125 paratypes of Hymenoptera housed in the Museo Nacional de Historia Natural de Cuba are catalogued. Original publications were reviewed to compile all accompanying information and verify the status of the material. Data on the specimens are provided, grouped by families, and holotypes were photographed, making them more accessible for study by the scientific community. In addition, as Camponotus taino Snelling & Torres, 1998 is an unresolved homonym of C. taino Fontenla, 1997, we propose Camponotus boriquen as a replacement name for the former. | |
