La Hora Boliviana". Estudios Sobre la Impuntualidad: Caso Pago de Servicios de Agua y Luz

Abstract

Este artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación realizada en la gestión 2013-2016², tras un seguimiento realizado al pago de las facturas de agua y luz en la ciudad de La Paz y El Alto. A partir de estos resultados analizaremos las diferentes causas por las cuales las personas hacen sus actividades a última hora, para lo que se tomara en cuenta diferentes variables como ser: sector al que pertenecen (formal, informal), sexo, edad y orden de nacimiento. El objetivo principal es investigar las causas por las cuales las personas dejan para última hora el cumplimiento de ciertas obligaciones.

This article presents the results of the research developed in the 2013-2016 ma-nagement, following a monitoring of the payment of water and electricity bills in the city of La Paz and El Alto. Based on these results, we will analyze the different causes by which people do their activities at the last minute, for which we take into account different variables such as: sector to which they belong (formal, informal), gender, age and birth order . The main objective is to investigate the causes by which people leave for the last hour the fulfillment of certain obligations.
