Milyen legyen Budapest élelmiszer-rendszere 2050-ben?

Abstract

The Mayor's Office Budapest and the Environmental Social Science Research Group (ESSRG) aim to develop an integrated, healthy, equitable and sustainable urban food strategy for Budapest. The strategy’s goal is to make healthy and sustainably sourced food affordable, accessible, attractive and culturally appropriate for all the residents in Budapest. The strategy is a multi-year process, one step of which was a visioning workshop held in November 2023. Professionals from different areas of the food system came together to think about what Budapest's food environment should look like in 2050. Here is a short summary in Hungarian of the findings of this workshop, during which we discussed five different types of food environments.
