Las abejas no producen miel

Abstract

El presente artículo está expresado de forma familiar y narrado en torno a la abeja reina y sus hijas, humanizando la vida del insecto himenóptero, a efectos de interesar al lector la posibilidad de crear una empresa productiva, a pesar de un sinnúmero de dificultades que pudiera afrontar en el proceso. La exposición protagoniza a una abeja reina que privilegia su producto como la transformación de un sub producto, en cuyo proceso desarrolla sus orígenes, de forma indirecta diagnostica la historia del producto, el estudio de mercado con oferta, demanda y elasticidad, estudia el precio unitario, la cantidad producida por colmena, el cálculo de la rentabilidad; el estudio técnico, la localización, materia prima sostenible, la instalación de la fábrica, la maquinaria, mano de obra calificada; proceso de transformación del néctar en un bien acabado, la miel; finalmente valora la organización, logística y eficiencia en administración.

This article is expressed in a familiar way and narrated around the queen bee and her daughters, humanizing the life of the hymenopteran insect, in order to interest the reader the possibility of creating a productive enterprise, despite a number of difficulties that could in the process. The exhibition stars a queen bee that privileges its product as the transformation of a sub product, in which process develops its origins, indirectly diagnoses the history of the product, the market study with supply, demand and elasticity, study the unit price , the quantity produced by the hive, the calculation of the profitability; the technical study, localization, sustainable raw material, installation of the factory, machinery, skilled labor; process of transformation of the nectar into a finished good, honey; finally values the organization, logistics and eííiciency in administration.
