La Coca hill has been well explored from the botanical point of view, but the Ecological Reserve with the same name has not. With the objective of upgrade the management plan of the protected area, our goal is to make a floristic inventory, for that five localities of this region were visited and explored. A total of 384 taxa of plants were identified belonging to 84 families. The endemic taxa (58) represent 18,23 % of native taxa. 29 threatened taxa were found, seven of them were Critically Endangered. A total of 35 exotic invasive and 11 potentially invasive species were identified. Nine species of Orchidaceae were recorded for the first time to the reserve.\n\nCitation: Morales, A. & Montero, A. 2020.
