dc.description.abstractNowadays E-learning is a significant concept in higher educations. By development of internet and information and communications technology, E-learning has been known as a form of tele-learning within different societies. Web-based learning systems or virtual learning environments are communicational stations bas CDFXed upon webs that provide learning without the limitations of time and place, regarding learners’ requirements. Present study is the review, description and analysis of approaches, environment and tools utilized in virtual learning area.
