This article is a hermeneutic work on the Bolivian novel Felipe Delgado by Jaime Sáenz that aims to explain the ways in which the characters relate to music and musical from their experience, especially in the case of the main character, Felipe Delgado, through the interpretative analysis of certain fragments of the book, collecting elements that are fundamental and constant throughout the entire plot of the novel. This under a methodology framed in the hermeneutic-phenomenological proposal (hermeneutics of facticity), developed by Martin Heidegger.
