dc.description.abstractIn this paper, a brief reference to the historical evolution of the control of constitutionality in Bolivia, as well as the main background of the creation of the first Constitutional Court in the country, will be to then examine the year 2009, the current configuration of the system’s constitutionality from the approved Constitution until its most recent jurisprudential manifestation, as a model of plural control of constitutionality.
