Abstract
El estudio examinó las prácticas educativas de los docentes para mejorar la calidad educativa y el logro de competencias de los alumnos. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño descriptivo, recolectando datos de 86 docentes a través de Google Forms. Los resultados indicaron carencias en la aplicación de estrategias pedagógicas y en la participación estudiantil, aunque se destacaron el fomento de la autonomía y la adecuada asignación de tiempo para actividades educativas. Se concluyó que invertir en desarrollo profesional docente y promover un enfoque centrado en el estudiante son fundamentales para garantizar una educación de calidad y preparar a los estudiantes para los desafíos contemporáneos.
The study examined the educational practices of teachers to improve educational quality and student competency achievement. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was used, collecting data from 86 teachers via Google Forms. The results indicated deficiencies in the application of pedagogical strategies and student participation, while highlighting the promotion of autonomy and appropriate time allocation for educational activities. It was concluded that investing in teacher professional development and promoting a student-centered approach are essential to ensure quality education and prepare students for contemporary challenges.
