RESUMEN: El demostrar y describir las muchas actividades de un administrador son difíciles de agrupar en pequeños conceptos, pero con el fin de analizar el tipo de trabajo que se realiza y las perspectivas actuales y tratando de hacer una proyección futurista que demuestre necesidades del mercado, es que se trató de colocar de forma breve un pequeño análisis de sus actividades y funciones a realizar, así como un denominativo que haga fácil su comprensión al lector.
