LA OBLIGACIÓN DE ALIMENTOS EN EL DERECHO DE FAMILIA ALEMÁN

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente artículo pretende dar una visión general acerca de la obligación de alimentos en el derecho de Familia alemán, y su regulación en el Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (Código Civil alemán). Sintéticamente se exponen las obligaciones alimenticias entre los cónyuges durante el matrimonio y tras el divorcio, entre las parejas de hecho y entre los parientes en línea recta: de padres respecto a hijos, de hijos respecto a padres y de abuelos respecto a nietos.

ABSTRACT:This paper aims to give an overall view about the manteinance obligation and its regulation within the Germán Civil Law and the Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (Germán Civil Code).Therefore, the following kinds of manteinance obligations are briefly discussed: between spouses during the marriage and after it's dissolution, between members of a "de facto" marriage, and between lineal relatives, parents towards their children, children towards their parents and grandparents towards their grandchildren.
