Análisis del clima organizacional del Hospital Universitario de la ciudad de Sucre

Abstract

El Hospital Universitario, como entidad asistencial viene sufriendo desde tiempo atrás una serie de reestructuraciones de diferente índole; Por otra parte el comportamiento individual y colectivo de algunos funcionarios está acrecentando desvirtuando la imagen del hospital, por esta razón el objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar e identificar los problemas que causan un mal clima organizacional. | On the other hand, the individual and collective behavior of some employees is increasing, distorting the image of the hospital.
