espanolEste ensayo versa sobre los efectos principales de las sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional de Bolivia segun los asuntos relativos a sus diferentes competencias. Se analiza, a proposito, el ambito del control normativo, los efectos generales y particulares, la vinculatoriedad de las sentencias, los precedentes de la jurisprudencia, los efectos diferidos, su retroactividad, la cosa juzgada constitucional, los efectos con relacion a la justicia ordinaria y la proteccion de los derechos fundamentales, incluyendo, con referencia a estos ultimos, sus limitaciones, su jerarquizacion y ponderacion, los tratados y convenios internacionales y la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. EnglishThis essay studies the main effects of the Bolivian Constitutional Court decisions pronounced in the different proceedings it knows. It is analyzed the scope of the normative review, the general and inter alia effects, the binding force of the decisions, the precedents, the postponed effects, retroactivity, constitutional res iudicata, the effects in relation with ordinary jurisdiction and the protection of human rights; including, about human rights, its limitations, its hierarchy, balance of interest, treaties and international covenants, and the precedents of the Interamerican Court of Human Rights.
