Following Antonio Machado, the poetical is the theme of this work. The common thing is to find and logic as separated terms. They are generally considered as antithetical terms. However, remarkable poets consider, and naturally Machado among them, that the poet, even in the most delirious work in poetry, is always submitted to in his work, although no longer to the prescriptive, which is more demanding and rigorous. In Machado, and poetry come together to form a single concept: poetical logic. Machado assumes that there are specific logical demands in creation. Today the study of poetical stands the same as Antonio Machado left it. Whatever is advanced by him, also places him as a precursor: only a few glimpses of the material under study. But the remark on that totally alien reality, which is unattainable by the scientific thought, is definitive and complete.
